So this weekend I went with one of my friend's cousin's non-farewell in Logan and on the way there in the canyon, we got into a minor car accident.
No worries, everyone is completely fine.
We were comming around the last bend of the canyon and my friend (I now dub him Gowancito for the purposes of this blog)and I came upon a crash. There were ambulances, police cars, the whole kaboodle. As soon as we saw it Gowancito slowed down like any sane person but we lost control and slid into a police car. (If you're gonna hit someone...might as well make it count!)
We were going pretty slow, so his car doesn't have a whole lot of damage other than the bumper popped off (just the plastic covering part). And the police car had virtually none, MAN they build those things tough. He did get a citation for driving too fast for the conditions, but there were people driving WAY faster than us.
I'm just glad he's ok, and I felt really bad for the people in the accident before us. If the police car hadn't of been there, we would have been in the same position.
The rest of the day went well, me teasing him about how "the crash is on my side... is this some sort of hint?" and telling his family to pray for me for our drive home. hahaha Gowancito is a really good sport though, and super calm in chaos and it could happen to anyone. We made up a pretty good story about doing doughnuts and fighting off a hungry moose as a cover story though.

I'm so glad you guys are okay. I try to avoid the canyons until most of winter is over.
So, who is this Gowancito? Someone of interest? Dish.
haha..nope! But I can say that he's a super nice, bilingual RM with an awesome family if anyone else is interested!
Comming? Coming? You English major you; I almost think that was on purpose to throw us all off.
